These Terms of Use govern your use of 360LAX. By accessing the platform, creating an account or publishing content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 360LAX website and services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- Additional terms, community guidelines and policies (including our Privacy Policy) may apply and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. Players under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and verify their account, and minors may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including player profiles, stats, video links, images, team schedules and event information ("Content").
- You grant 360LAX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute your Content within the Services for the purpose of operating the platform.
- You represent that you own or have the rights to your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the Services, including by providing false or misleading information, impersonating another person, scraping or reselling data without permission, or circumventing platform restrictions.
- You may not use the Services to harass, defame or threaten others, to transmit unlawful or infringing material, or to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
- Recruiting and scouting tools are intended to support legitimate athletic and academic opportunities. Their misuse for unauthorized commercial solicitation is prohibited.
5. College Coaches, Team Admins & Event Managers
- Coaches, team administrators and event managers are granted tools to manage pages, post events and discover athletes. Those tools are for the benefit of their programs and the athletes they serve.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of rosters, schedules, scores and event information you publish and for communications you send through the platform.
6. Data & Third-Party Sources
- 360LAX aggregates scores, rankings, news, schedules and recruiting information from third-party sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that external data is complete or current.
- Rosters, scores, rankings and commitments shown on the platform are provided for informational purposes and should be verified before reliance.
7. Intellectual Property
- The 360LAX name, logo, site design, software and proprietary content are owned by 360LAX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute platform materials without permission.
- Third-party trademarks, logos and images may appear on the Services and remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360LAX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms or otherwise harm the platform or other users.
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
