Terms of Use

The rules and guidelines for using 360LAX.

These Terms of Use govern your use of 360LAX, which is operated by 360LAX, LLC ("360LAX"). By accessing the platform, creating an account or publishing content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 360LAX website and services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy on how we handle personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must give us a parent or guardian's email address. Your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf and consent to the features described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy, such as making your profile public and sharing your contact details with college coaches. Until your parent or guardian does so, your profile will remain private and those features will be turned off. A parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms is responsible for the minor's use of the Services.
  • Coach, team administrator and events manager accounts are available only to adults aged 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Player Profiles

  • Player profiles of adults are listed publicly on 360LAX when you create them. Profiles of players under 18 are private until the player and a parent or guardian choose to make them public. Your GPA, test scores, class rank, intended major, coach contact details and zip code are shown only to you, administrators and college coach accounts, and never to the general public. Your contact details (your email address and any phone or cell number you add) are made available to verified college coaches and administrators so they can contact you, and, for players under 18, only if a parent or guardian has turned on coach contact sharing.
  • Information about players who have not created an account may appear on the platform when it is compiled from public sources (for example rosters, schedules, honors and commitment announcements). We do not create profiles of children under 13. If you appear on 360LAX and want to claim, correct or remove your profile, see Section 10.

4. Your Content

  • You keep ownership of content you submit to the Services, including player profiles, stats, video links, images, team schedules and event information ("Content").
  • You grant 360LAX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute your Content within the Services for the purpose of operating the platform. We will not use the name, image or likeness of a player under 18 in advertising or promotional materials outside the Services, or in sponsored or featured placements, without the written consent of a parent or guardian. This license ends when you delete your Content or account, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time or where the law requires us to keep them.
  • You promise that you own or have the rights to your Content, and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights. Do not upload photos or information of another person without their permission (or their parent or guardian's, for minors).
  • If you are under 18, you or your parent or guardian may remove Content you posted at any time, or ask us to remove it by emailing support@360lax.com.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person or program, or claim a team or profile you are not authorized to manage.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, copy or resell data from the Services, use automated tools to access them, or try to bypass platform restrictions or security, without our written permission.
  • Do not use the Services to harass, defame or threaten others, to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, to transmit unlawful or infringing material, or to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not use the Services to contact, solicit or communicate with a minor for any purpose other than legitimate athletic recruiting, or to request personal photos, meetings or information from a minor. We may report suspected exploitation of a minor to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

6. Team Administrators, Coaches & Event Managers

  • Team administrators, coaches and event managers get tools to manage pages, post events and discover athletes. By claiming or managing a team page you confirm you are authorized to represent that program.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the rosters, schedules, scores, contact details and event information you publish, and for communications you send through the platform.
  • College coaches agree to use player contact details only for legitimate recruiting; to comply with applicable NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and other association recruiting and contact rules; to include a parent or guardian in communications with a minor where those rules or applicable law require it; and not to sell, publish or share player contact details. We may suspend coach access for any misuse.
  • We may remove administrator access, reassign a team page, or correct its content if we have reason to believe access was obtained without authorization or the content is inaccurate or harmful.

7. Data & Third-Party Sources

  • 360LAX compiles scores, rankings, schedules, news and recruiting information from third-party and public sources. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee that it is complete or current.
  • Rosters, scores, rankings and commitments are provided for information only. Verify anything important with the school, club or program before relying on it. Rankings are computed from available results and are not an official ranking by any association.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The 360LAX name, logo, site design, software and original content are owned by 360LAX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
  • Third-party names, trademarks, logos and images (including school and club logos) belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
  • Copyright complaints: if you believe Content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent at ATTN: Copyright - 360LAX, LLC - 51 N 3rd Street Philadelphia, PA 19106-4517. We may remove infringing Content and terminate repeat infringers.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. 360LAX does not guarantee any recruiting outcome, scholarship or roster spot.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360LAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
  • Team administrators, coaches and event managers will indemnify 360LAX against third-party claims arising from Content they publish or their misuse of player information.

10. Corrections, Removal & Termination

  • To correct, claim or remove a profile or team page, or to report content that violates these Terms, email support@360lax.com. We will review requests promptly and will prioritize reports involving the safety of a minor.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms or harm the platform or other users. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it. For users under 18, we will also notify the parent or guardian of material changes.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under the consumer protection or privacy laws of your state of residence.
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and 360LAX about the Services.
